SOCIAL MEDIA: Launching a blog & providing customer service
Helped project manage communications around the Rogers LTE launch and wrote the blog post announcing that Rogers was the first provider to launch the fastest internet in Canada.
Rogers customers were excited that they would be the first Canadians to experience these speeds, and I answered their questions regarding the new service, compatibility with existing phones, etc.
An excellent example of communicating our company's leadership position while providing online engagement and customer service.
